Biography[]
History[]
Becky Barnes was born in 1985 in the town of Hatchetfield. Becky grew up in the town of Hatchetfield. At the age of ten, Becky climbed a tree and did not come down for two days.[1]
Later, Becky attended Hatchetfield High, where she joined the cheerleading team and later became cheer captain. During her time at Hatchetfield High, Becky began dating Tom Houston, the quarterback of the Hatchetfield Nighthawks, and the two were very happy together. Little is known about their relationship, though they did once have sex in Tom's mustang. They later broke up before Tom shipped out to serve in the Iraq War.
At an unknown point in time, Becky met Stanley and the two began to date. Initially, Becky found Stanley cool because he was able to buy her alcohol and cigarettes, and he had his own car and apartment. Five months into them dating, Becky was spending time at the lake with some friends. She was flirting with a friend when Stanley's car drove onto the beach. Stanley got out of the car and beat up the boy Becky had been flirting with. After that, Becky began to isolate herself from others. Becky and Stanley later got married. Their marriage was very unhappy as Stanley was physically abusive and would hit Becky. Stanley later made Becky go to nursing school. She qualified as a pediatric nurse and began working in St. Damien's Pediatric Wing. She looked after several patients during her time there, including Bridgette.
In the aftermath of the death of Jane Perkins, Becky considered going to the funeral. In late December 2017 or early January 2018, Stanley told Becky that he'd rather see her dead than hanging around Tom Houston again. This angered Becky, and the two began to fight. Stanley chased Becky into Witchwood Forest with a knife, though Becky was able to get the knife off him. Becky then used the knife to stab Stanley in his femoral artery. She then left Stanley there, presuming him to be dead.
Black Friday Timeline[]
On November 23, 2018, Becky visited Lakeside Mall to purchase Tickle Me Wiggly dolls for the sick children at the hospital from Toy Zone. While she was waiting in line, Linda Monroe cut the line. This annoyed Becky, who attempted to get Linda to go to the back of the line for everyone else's sake. No one else joined Becky in her protests, and Linda kept her place in line. While waiting in line, Becky also reunited with Tom Houston.
Toy Zone opened at 7am, and Becky entered the store with the rest of the customers. However, after they began distributing the dolls, the customers started fighting over them. When the fighting turned into a riot, Becky and Tom fled to the Lakeside Mall Cineplex with a Wiggly. It was there that they found a badly beaten Ethan Green. They checked on Ethan but were too late, and Ethan died in Becky's arms, mistaking her for Lex Foster. Becky was shocked and upset over Ethan's death and failed to notice Man in a Hurry sneaking up behind Tom. Barry stabbed Tom, and Becky gave up her Wiggly doll to care for him. Becky took the now-injured Tom into the Cineplex. She found a first aid kit in the box office and used it to stitch Tom's wound. While Becky did this, the movie Santa Claus Is Goin' To High School played in the cinema. When Tom woke up, the two discussed the movie and agreed that it was horrible. The two then talked, and Becky confessed that she and Stanley didn't get a divorce and that she killed him in the woods. After this, the two rekindled their romance. They kissed and later had sex in the movie theater.
After this, Becky and Tom left the Cineplex to hunt for Wiggly dolls. They discovered Hannah Foster with a doll. The two became brainwashed by the doll's influence, and Becky lost her kind nature and began to terrorize Hannah. She sang a song in an attempt to lure her into giving the doll to them. However, when Becky tried to drug Hannah and put her to sleep, Becky accidentally stabbed herself with the needle instead and began to fall asleep on top of her. Tom, who was desperate to give the doll to his son and was still under its control, double-crossed Becky and ran off with the doll, leaving her unconscious.
Becky was then captured by Linda's cult of Wiggly followers and brought before Linda and her disciples. Linda mocked her, but was annoyed by Becky's unconsciousness and sent her away. Lex Foster and the now unbrainwashed Tom headed to Linda and her cult to save Becky and Hannah. While the cult was distracted, Becky woke up and picked up the gun that had been wrestled from Tom. She then used the gun to shoot Linda in the head. Becky reunited with Tom, and the two made up. Lex then set the last Wiggly doll on fire, which burned the last of the brainwashed cultists as well as the rest of Lakeside Mall. Becky escaped the mall with Tom, Lex, and Hannah, and they met Paul Matthews and Emma Perkins, who heard about the crisis at the mall and rushed over to see if Tom was okay. Emma then suggested that he and everyone else stay at her professor's house until the effects of Wiggly had passed. Before they did this, Becky joined the rest of the survivors of Lakeside Mall in counting down to the end of Black Friday. However, as the clock struck midnight, a whooshing sound could be heard overhead as a nuke was dropped on Hatchetfield, killing them all.
Jane's A Car Timeline[]
At an unknown point in time, Becky reunited and began to date Tom Houston. In June 2019, Becky met with Tom and his son Tim at Pizza Pete's for dinner. While Tom ordered the food, Becky and Tim played together on the Zombie House arcade machine, though Becky was not very good at it. Later, Becky returned with Tom and Tim to the Houston's Home, where they watched the film Santa Claus Is Goin' To High School. Tim fell asleep while watching the movie, and while Tom took him upstairs, Becky attempted to make sense of the film. Tom later returned downstairs, and the two shared a romantic moment where Becky told Tom that she wanted to be involved in Tim and Tom's lives. Tom and Becky then had sex on the sofa.
Several days later, Becky found Tom in a bookstore reading a book called Neurology for Dummies. Becky flirted with Tom and suggested that she wouldn't mind having sex in Tom's Mustang again, but Tom turned her down. Becky also offered to visit the Houston home that evening and bring takeout, but Tom declined, and they decided to make plans for the weekend instead.
Later that day, Becky was at home when Tom appeared at her door. He quickly pulled her inside and told her that his car was possessed by the spirit of his dead wife, Jane. He implied that this could put Becky in danger and told her to stay away from him. Becky was concerned for Tom and begged him not to leave the house, suggesting he talk to a psychiatrist friend of hers. However, Tom left and got in his car. However, the revving of the car's engine outside caused Becky to emerge from her house, which allowed Jane, as the car, to chase Becky into the woods in an attempt to run her over. Jane eventually succeeded, and Becky was hit by the car. This caused Jane's soul to be transferred into Becky's body.
Nightmare Time 2 Timeline[]
In Summer 2020, Becky helped treat Sherman Young after he mistakenly ate a piece of crunchy cereal that Frank Pricely failed to remove. She informed Sheila Young that Sherman would be perfectly fine, though Sheila still insisted on speaking to a doctor. Becky refused, telling Sheila that the doctor would just tell her the same thing, and they wanted to get Sherman out of the pediatrics wing as soon as possible, as he was an adult man. Later, in September 2020, Becky helped reassure Lex Foster after her sister, Hannah Foster, cut her finger off in shop class. However, she was also forced to deliver the bad news about the medical bill she would have to pay.

Tom Houston is Becky's high school sweetheart and current boyfriend. The two got together in high school and were very well known around town due to their positions as cheer captain and quarterback. However, the two eventually broke up after Tom enlisted in the military as they thought it would be better to be apart than do long distance[3]. The two eventually reunited after years apart and formed a romantic relationship.
In Black Friday, the couple reunite and clearly still have feelings for each other eventually getting together. It is implied that either she or Tom are foretold "Warriors of Light", due to General MacNamara's line in Black Friday :"There is a warrior of light trapped in a deep sleep, wake the warrior, kill the prophet, save the world" (this is either Becky or Tom due to the fact that Becky drugged herself and is literally trapped in sleep, or the fact that Tom is under the influence of Wiggly, and in a metaphorical sleep).
They couple are together in Jane's A Car and appear happy with Becky slowly becoming more involved in the Tom's life such as meeting his son Tim. However, the intervention of Jane the couples relationship becomes strained.
Stanley[]
Stanley is Becky's abusive ex-husband. Becky and Stanley first met when Becky was 18 and he was 21-23[4]. Initially their relationship was good and Becky thought Stanley was cool as he bought her alcohol and cigarettes. However, one day after discovering Becky flirting with a boy at a party Stanley beat the guy and forced Becky to get in his car and leave. The two were eventually married though Becky kept her maiden name[5]. The marriage was not a happy one with Stanley beating Becky forcing her to hide the marks with sunglasses and turtlenecks. Following the death of Jane Perkins, Becky considered going to the funeral but Stanley refused to let her saying he would rather see her death than hanging around Tom again. This angered Becky causing her to eventually fight back against Stanley. Eventually the argument led to Stanley chasing Becky into the woods where she ended up killing him, leaving his body in the woods.
Bridgette[]
Bridgette is Becky's long-term patient at the hospital. She was in an accident that resulted in her losing her eyesight. In Black Friday one of the children Becky aims to get a Wiggly doll for is Bridgette. In Jane's A Car she's late to dinner with Tom and Tim as Bridgette was in surgery.
