Emily is a character in Ani: A Parody played by Julia Albain.
Emily is a stormtrooper serving aboard the Death Star. Moff Tarkin has a crush on her and describes her as smart and beautiful. When Tarkin has to go to Tatooine to retrieve Ani she is the pilot for his spaceship. Later Tarkin takes her to the Cantina where they meet Obi-Wan Kenobi. When Tarkin gets a call from the Emperor and defies him, Emily remarks on how brave he was. Tarkin tries Ani's pick-up lines on her and they get together and dance during Haunted by the Kiss. She also celebrates when Ani wins the race and Mara Jade gets hired by Jabba.
Trivia[]
- In one of the many Star Wars spinoff books it is implied that Moff Tarkin was in a relationship with a stormtrooper, meaning that Starkid actually predicted this plot point.
- Tarkin and Emily's romance is specifically written to parody and make fun of the poor writing of Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala in the Prequels. All the lines in Haunted By The Kiss are either direct quotes or slightly adapted versions of the exchanges between Anakin and Padme.
