Executive Andrew "Andy" Kilgore is a character in the Hatchetfield Universe. He is the Manager-in-Chief of Sector 19 of CCRP in the year of 2104. He features in Time Bastard and is played by Jeff Blim.

Time Bastard[]
In the events of Time Bastard, Ted accidentally time travels 85 years into the future, finding himself in CCRP in the year 2104. He meets Executive Andrew Kilgore, who oversees the operations of all CCRP facilities in the Western Hemisphere. He has become some sort of cyborg, with a metallic voice, heightened strength, and metal hands that can turn into a number of tools and weapons.
In this future, nations no longer exist, only corporations, giving Kilgore great power. He tells Ted about this power and how the world has changed, and explains that Ted has aborted himself from time and become the Time Bastard. Kilgore had been waiting for Ted's arrival for decades, wanting revenge for what was done to Jenny and his younger self.
Kilgore and all of the CCRP employees try to catch Ted, with the plan to kill him and take his DNA. Ted manages to disintegrate Kilgore and escape.
After killing the future version of Kilgore, Ted goes back in time to before Andy confesses his love for Jenny, and assaults him with a crowbar. He ends up breaking Andy's jaw and verbally berating him, specifically telling him to remember his (Ted's) face as the face of the Time Bastard, before going off to get Jenny back for himself. Andy swears vengeance that very day.

After over a century of waiting, Kilgore is entirely consumed by his need for revenge. He is angry, violent and malicious. He finds executing people enjoyable and appears as an overall malevolent dictator in his position as CCRP.
2004[]
Before he was attacked by Ted, Andy was a very hopeful and happy guy. He truly cared for Jenny and wanted to create a life with her.

- Body Manipulation- Kilgore is able to turn his robotic hand into a variety of sharp, metal tools.
- Superhuman Strength- When enhanced by cybernetic limbs, Kilgore can casually hurl people across rooms.

Kilgore and Ted in 2104
Ted Spankoffski is Kilgore's arch-enemy. After he attacked him with a crowbar and killed Jenny in 2004, Kilgore swore revenge on the man. He waited over 100 years, becoming a cyborg in the process, to try to kill Ted for what he did. When he actively attempted to murder Ted, much to the man's confusion, but was ultimately killed by him instead.
Jenny[]
Jenny was Kilgore's girlfriend. He really cared for Jenny and wanted to build a life with her by asking her to move to Clivesdale with him. He bought Jenny many gifts including a locket and flowers. After her death, Kilgore became angry and vengeful, wanting to kill Ted for what he did to her. He kept the locket as a reminder of her for over 100 years.
Trivia[]
- While Ted believes Andy confessed his love for Jenny and the two moved to Clivesdale and got married, this is untrue, as later revealed by Jenny's death.
