Jamie Kristen Burns (born January 14) is an American actress, singer, voice actress, comedian, impressionist and performer based in Chicago.
Early Life and Education[]
Jamie attended Southeastern University where she graduated with a BS in Communication with a Minor in Theatre.
Work[]
Jamie has featured in a wide range of theatrical productions. She featured as Father in Grimmfest, Ensemble for All Fun and Games, Mrs. Pinkerton in Pinkalicious!, June Sanders in Smoke on the Mountain, Angelique in Imaginary Invalid and Grace Poole in Jane Eyre the Musical. She has also featured as an improviser in a number of productions with iO Chicago.
Jamie has also featured in a number of film productions. She featured as a User in The Onion's Parent Pule App advert, Teacher in The "C" Word, Party Goer in Attack of the Menses, Date in Movies in the park, Crazy Date in Parking, Patient in Hot Doctor, Dating Applicant in ILove, Alana in Balloon Walk, Jaclyn in The Intern and Abby in Fell In Love.
Jamie currently works as an actress and voice actress and is represented by Grossman & Jack Talent.
Jamie is also a member of Jim and the Povolos.
StarKid Productions[]
Jamie made her StarKid debut in the role of Chorn in Firebringer. Jamie then rejoined the group in 2019 for StarKid Homecoming.
She later appeared as Ghost of Christmas Future in A VHS Christmas Carol. Jamie reprised this role in both VHS Christmas Carol Live! and VHS Christmas Carols. She also appeared as Match Girl's Grandma in VHS Christmas Carols. Jamie also joined the group on The StarKid Jangle Ball Holiday Tour.
