Lily Rose Marks is an American actress, singer and performer based in Los Angeles. She is best known for her work with American musical theatre company Team StarKid.
Early Life and Education[]
Lily attended the University of Michigan where she graduated with a BFA in Acting and Theater Performance.
Work[]
Lily has featured in a wide range of TV series. She featured as Agnes in Any Day Now, Meagan in Web Atlas, Thea in Welcome to Camden and Rideshare Driver in What's Your Problem?.
She has also featured in a number of movies. She featured as Doctor and Theatergoer in the short film Screens and as Girl P.A. in Sunny Side Up! She also served as a production assistant in the film The Idea of You.
Lily has also featured in several theater productions. She featured in Wanton Displays of Affection at The Cherry Pit Theater in New York as well as appearing as Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Odyssey Theatre in Los Angeles.
StarKid Productions[]
Lily met the members of what is now StarKid while collaborating on plays through Basement Arts, the university's student-run theatre organization. In 2009, Lily featured as Molly Weasley and Pansy Parkinson in A Very Potter Musical. The show sold out its four performances at UMich. A recorded version of the show that was posted on YouTube for family members to watch went viral. In response to the musicals popularity StarKid Productions was formed with Lily as one of it's founding members.
Lily went on to reprise her role as Molly in both A Very Potter Sequel and A Very Potter Senior Year. Lily also featured in Me and My Dick as both Sally's Heart and High Council Pussy. She also rejoined the group to feature in both A Very StarKid Reunion and StarKid Homecoming.
