Mark Swiderski (born April 27) is an American composer, singer, actor, sound designer, musician and performer based in Illnois. He is best known for his work with American musical theatre company Team StarKid.
Early Life and Education[]
Mark attended the University of Michigan where he graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Sound Engineering. He then returned to the University where he graduated in 2009 with a master of engineering Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Work[]
Mark currently works in Audio Electronics Design.
He also served as composer for the 2015 short film Trashborn. He is also a member of Jim and the Povolos.
StarKid Productions[]
In 2007, Mark served as composer and music editor for the pre-web series Little White Lie. He also featured in the series as Love Grenade #4 alongside singing on a number of songs on the soundtrack.
Mark rejoined the group in to serve as the sound designer for Starship. He then went on to serve as sound designer for six more StarKid musicals. He also served as sound editor for four musicals.
Mark worked on a number of StarKid concert performances serving as sound designer for The SPACE Tour, Apocalyptour and A Very StarKid Reunion. He also served as composer for The SPACE Tour as well as doing the audio mastering 1Night 2Last 3EVER.
In collaboration with Meredith Stepien, Mark wrote the the music and lyrics for the musical Firebringer. He then rejoined the group for StarKid Homecoming where he featured in the Ani Medley as well as serving as sound designer.
