Papa Sniggle is a character in the Hatchetfield Universe. He features in Black Friday and Watcher World. He's played by Jeff Blim.
Jeff has a variety of Sniggle appearances (those being his Wiggly Jingle Sniggle, The Blinky Song Sniggle, and Papa Sniggle, who appears in Watcher World), and it is unknown whether they are all Papa Sniggle, as they are all labelled differently in their shows' respective scripts.

Jeff's Sniggle appears in the musical's opening, as one of the sniggles in the Wiggly Jingle.
Watcher World[]
Jeff's Sniggle appears in Watcher World in the Blinky song, alongside Snigglotts and Curt's Sniggle, as part of his performance in Blinky's Watch Party. Papa Sniggle (possibly the same Sniggle) begins to hit snuggle-bugs with a mallet when they invade Drowsy Town. However, due to the actor, Jeff, being drunk, he hits Snigglette in the face, severely injuring her.
