Rita Khori (born August 2) is an American actress, producer, writer and performer based in Los Angeles. She is best known for her work in the TV series Code Black and her work with American musical theatre company Team StarKid.
Early Life and Education[]
Rita grew up in Detroit, Michigan where she began performing in music and theater at age of eight . She then attended Oakland University where with graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. She then moved to Los Angeles where she studied improvisation at Upright Citizens Brigade and Groundlings and immersed herself in the Meisner Technique.
Work[]
Rita has featured in a number of TV series. She featured as Mrs. Melendez in Logan, Beautiful Girl in Movie Show Plus, Snooki on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Shiva in America's Most Wanted, Rita on Conan, Rima in Code Black and Senna in The Last Ship.
She also featured in a number of short films. She featured as Eady Welsh in One Night in Rochester, Shari in First Day, Gloria in Raised Alone, Tanaz in Route 51, Aidah in Crown Point, Rina in The Agony of Inspiration, Zeinah in Taking Flight, Anna / Farani in Desert Bloom, Carla in The Way It Melts, Alex Monroe in CraveTech, Mrs. Heba in Stones, Eve in Shroud, Olivia Glocker in Exposed, Brooke in Hide, The Dancer in The Cellist and Becky in Park Bench.
Alongside this, Rita featured in the films This Narrow Place, Double Wide Blues, Hashtag Luv Swag, Sniper: Special Ops, Changeland, The Artist and Love Is a Four Letter Word.
She also served as producer for the short films Park Bench and The Artist. She was also writer for The Artist.

In 2007, Rita featured as Alexa in the web series Little White Lie. This series then went on to be posted to the Team StarKid YouTube channel in 2009.
