Killer Track[]

Solomon appears in Killer Track giving a speech to the citizens of Hatchetfield at the Hatchetfield Honey Festival. After giving his speech, Solomon accidentally badmouths the people of Hatchetfield while on the mic.

Nerdy Prudes Must Die[]

Solomon first appears when Steph arrives home from school. She finds her dad waiting for her. Solomon scolds his daughter not for cheating, but for getting caught cheating, and threatens to smash her phone apart if she doesn't bring her grades up. However, Steph blocks the action with her hand. He takes her phone away, telling her she can have her phone back when her grades are back up.

Solomon later appears issuing a statement about the disappearance of Max Jägerman. He talks about how he's given every resource available to the coach of the Hatchetfield Nighthawks in order to prevent Max's disappearance affecting the big game.

Following the discovery of the bodies of Max Jägerman and Richie Lipschitz, Mayor Solomon has a press conference, saying that he is implementing a strict curfew on the town, that all kids must either be in school or at home by sundown. Reporters question Stephanie's connection to the murder, but Solomon quickly spins it, saying the murderer could be anybody, saying, "Don't point your fingers at me; point them at your neighbors." He then joins the rest of the citizens of Hatchetfield in pointing fingers at different people at being the murderer.

Solomon later appears after finding Steph, Pete and Grace on the run from the police. He gets them to get into his car. As they drive, he tells them about how the Waylon Family did participated in cult actives. He discusses how even when they died, they lived on through a spell they cast on the Waylon house, which Steph, Pete and Grace triggered with Max. When they arrive at their destination in the woods, Solomon orders the trio to dig to find The Black Book, which the Waylons owned. It features spells, incantations, and magical powers for a price, which Solomon wants the three to pay. Solomon insists this isn't about their lives, but that if they don't defeat Max, not only will they be dead, so will everyone else.

Steph asks what they can do to stop Max. Solomon tells Steph that they must participate in a ritual, striking a bargain with the Lords in Black. Suddenly, Max's voice appears; Pete attempts to reason with him. Solomon says it's no use and refuses to help with the ritual. The head of Miss Tessburger, Solomon's assistant, comes flying in, having been decapitated by Max. The three teens scurry off, leaving Max and Solomon alone. Solomon offers Max beer and power in exchange for his life, but Max kills him anyway, using a shovel.

Solomon and Steph in Nerdy Prudes Must Die

Steph Lauter is Solomon's daughter. The two have a very strained relationship as Solomon is extremely controlling of his daughter as he feels her actions reflect on him. Solomon is also extremely patronizing of his daughter often talking down to her like she's stupid, something which actively leads Steph's negative perspective on her own intelligence. He trusts her very little going as far to put a bug on her phone in order to trace her location at all times. Due to Solomon's extremely controlling nature, he and his daughter often get into fights which leads to Steph being punished. Steph dislikes her father but despite this she regards what her father says very highly and will quote him often.

In Abstinence Camp, Solomon blames Steph for damaging his reputation through the rumors that she's pregnant. As a result of this, Solomon forces his daughter to attend Camp Idontwannabang which results in her resenting him. Despite this, Steph will often quote Solomon to Pete.

In Nerdy Prudes Must Die, Solomon blames Steph for damaging his reputation close to the election due to her being caught cheating which ultimately results in Solomon punishing his daughter. Upon realizing that Steph is responsible for the death of Max Jägerman, Solomon appears uncaring about his daughter's well being and instead forces her to use the Black Book, knowing that she'll be forced to pay the price. Ultimately, Solomon appears uncaring for his daughter and only caring for his reputation.
