- St. Damien's is mentioned, though not by name, in The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals when Charlotte insists that an infected Sam be taken there after his brain falls out.
- In Black Friday, Becky mentions the hospital while stood in line for a Wiggly doll. When Linda queries why she's in the line Becky informs her that she's there on behalf of the children of the hospital's pediatric wing.
- The hospital features multiple times in Jane's A Car. It's mentioned by Jane as a place where she and Tom could go find a woman to run over. The hospital itself later features in the story as the place where Jane, her soul in Becky's body, recovers from being hit by the car and where she is interviewed by Doug for the police report.
