Sylvia is a character in the Hatchetfield Universe. She is the receptionist on the top floor of CCRP and is the girlfriend of Bill. She features in Time Bastard and Forever and Always. Sylvia is played by Kim Whalen.

Forever and Always[]
Sylvia is one of many guests at Paul and Emma's wedding. She remarks to Bill about how romantic the wedding is as he cries. She later appears when Paul returns to work after his honeymoon. She's holding some blueprints and a strange device kind of like a Geiger-counter. She speaks into the phone about how she refuses to go into Ted's office as she thinks it's radioactive as he 'whacks off' in there not because she's s scared of a potential temporal distortion. She then tells the person that when Ted gets fired she's going to nail the door shut and then says to tell 'them' that she scanned it.
Time Bastard[]
Sylvia appears in Time Bastard when Ted attempts to flirt with her. She tells him that if Bill saw him talking to her like that she'd kick his head. Bill then appears and reveals to Ted that the two are in a relationship much to his surprise.

Bill Woodward is Sylvia's boyfriend. It can be assumed they met at work at CCRP and started dating. They went to the wedding of Paul Perkins and Emma Matthews together.
