The Fairy Queen of Sweet Dreams is a character from The Lands That Are. She is an ancient goddess that was formerly worshiped by Lady Ashmore who was later awakened by Ella Ashmore. She features in Cinderella's Castle and is played by Kim Whalen.

Cinderella's Castle[]
After Ella Ashmore deposits the remains of Justine and Lucy Grizzwald at the base of The Old Oak, The Fairy Queen of Sweet Dreams is awoken from the realm of death and appears to Ella. She introduces herself to Ella and then offers to repay Ella for waking her by granting her sweet dream. She agrees to aid Ella in gaining revenge against her Stepmother. She turns Sir Hop-A-Lot and Crumb into sentient, humanoid creatures to serve her, crafts her a disguise so that she may attend the ball without people recognizing her and also grants Ella trappings of starlight to use as a weapon against her step-family. She then instructs Ella to attend the ball and gain her revenge.
The Fairy Queen of Sweet Dreams is later mentioned when Ella calls out to her for help as her Stepmother and stepsisters remove her leg.
Personality and Traits[]
As an immortal, omnipotent goddess, The Fairy Queen of Sweet Dreams is not defined by the human concepts of good and evil. She is generally apathetic to humans and views them as beneath her. However, she dislikes lies and is angered when humans attempt to lie to her as she can easily see through them. Generally, the Fairy Queen of Sweet Dreams appears very wise and is willing to use her powers to benefit those whom she favors.

Ella Ashmore is The Fairy Queen of Sweet Dreams's ally. The Fairy Queen of Sweet Dreams provides Ella with the powers needed in order to defeat her step-family. Ella finds the Fairy Queen somewhat terrifying and dislikes the threat she poses to her faith. However, Ella also views the Fairy Queen as an ally that she is willing to trust in order to gain her revenge and even calls out for her as she dies. The Fairy Queen of Sweet Dreams is also one of the last remaining links Ella has to her mother.
