Description[]
The Killer Track is a being made of pure sound and energy, it is predatory and sadistic and wants to hunt and kill as many people as possible. It is unable to move itself and requires a human which it can hollow out and use as a vessel, the Carrier. Anyone who hears the track will be killed a week after listening to it after being haunted by the track for days.
Killer Track[]
The Killer Track is the main antagonist of the story. After Rose listens to it she is haunted by the track until Miss Holloway uses time manipulation to put herself in Rose's place. The track eventually kills Miss Holloway but she comes back to life and realises the track will want to attack at the Hatchetfield Honey Festival. While the track was played at the festival it was unable to kill due to Miss Holloway removing the memories of those who listened to it. The track is eventually stopped by Duke Keane smashing the phone in which it is kept.
