Tootsie Mega Girl (né Noodles) is probably the cutest character in Starship. His name comes from what he does and what he likes. He is played by Dylan Saunders and comes from Farm Planet (a planet of farmers, obviously) and is dumb as a door, but has a good heart. He once flirted with a stack of hay (who was also his cousin...weird). A horse then ate his cousin and now he and the all horses have a feud.
He proposes to Ultrabeam Mega-Girl at the end of the show.
