Villager 3 is a character in the Hatchetfield Universe. She is a former resident and one of the founders of Hatchetfield, living in the town in 1824. She features in The Witch in the Web and is played by Mariah Rose Faith Casillas.

Villager 3 appear when Hannah is trapped in the memory of the death of Willabella Muckwab. Forced to be in Willabella's position, townsfolk sentence Hannah to death and drag her towards the gallows with Villager 3 encouraging her to be killed.
