The Barker tricks Bill into spending hundreds of dollars trying to win a Blinky doll on the Storngman game, using Alice to manipulate him into doing so. As a crowd gathers, he taunts Bill, angering him until he successfully hits the bell. He then manipulates Bill into wanting to hurt Alice, saying she's an ungrateful brat. After convincing Bill, the Barker kisses him on the cheek before he leaves. His reflection is later seen in the funhouse mirrors while Bill is about to harm Alice, taunting him and calling for violence. He disappears after Bill decides to help Alice.
